Steve Keall barrister is available to assist professionals navigate the process of dealing with a professional claim or complaint, be it understanding whether the matter requires insurance notification, liaising with an insurer, assessing insurance coverage or dealing with any insurance coverage issues which may arise. Where insurance is not available, Steve is available to provide background support, or representation if needed. Steve has a particular interest in assisting lawyers with complaints against lawyers made to the Lawyers Complaints Service. He sits on an Auckland Standards Committee (and is therefore unavailable in respect of complaints dealt with by that committee).
